With all the welding done, it was time to assemble everything to see the finish piece.  With the 1/4-inch spacers installed in the mounting straps, the tank fit securely, yet some rubber mount cushioning was added to protect it from the vibration of the solidly mounted engine and prevented from developing cracks.
